The Experience

Use of one of our incredible saunas (either as a private session or an individual seat)

Cold ice baths (4-6°c) and cold outdoor showers for cooling off post-sauna

Each sauna includes a changing room with private cubicles for before and after the session

Essential oils for infusing with the water and pouring on the hot coals

Take a time out and enjoy a complimentary herbal infused tea

Please note, you will be asked to leave 10 minutes before the end of the session to allow time for cleaning before the next session.

Private sauna for the duration of the session (8 people capacity)

Currently only available for our 90 minute sessions

Available Monday to Sunday 8:30am-10:00pm

Individual seat inside one of our incredible saunas for the duration of the session

Shorter 60 minute session for those that can’t hang around

Available Monday to Friday 6:30am-8:30am

Individual seat inside one of our incredible saunas for the duration of the session

90 minute session for those that want to fully relax

Available Monday to Sunday 8:30am-10:00pm

Rinse yourself off in our outdoor showers under the backdrop of Battersea Power Station.

Look out onto spectacular views from the comfort of your glass-fronted sauna or the relative comfort of your cold plunge.
